1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and engaging with the services provided by Eloquent Flow Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We have designed these terms to ensure a fair and productive learning environment for all our students in Savannah and beyond.

Eloquent Flow Academy reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates that may affect your relationship with the academy.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Eloquent Flow Academy's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the academy's website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Eloquent Flow Academy at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Workshop Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in any workshop or coaching program is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Eloquent Flow Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment for any reason. All fees are quoted in USD and must be paid through our approved payment processors. We use secure, industry-standard encryption for all financial transactions to protect your sensitive information.

In the event that a workshop is cancelled by the academy due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather in Savannah or instructor illness), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort. Our goal is to provide a seamless and professional experience from the moment you register.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. For our group workshops, cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, but we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your enrollment to a future session.

For private consultations and 1-on-1 coaching, we require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of that session's fee. We value our coaches' time and the commitment they make to your personal growth, and this policy ensures we can maintain the highest quality of service for all our clients.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided during our workshops, including workbooks, digital templates, and recorded feedback, remains the intellectual property of Eloquent Flow Academy. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own personal development. You may not distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our express written consent. We take the protection of our unique methodology very seriously and will vigorously defend our intellectual property rights.

Any original content you create during our programs (such as speech drafts or personal narratives) remains your intellectual property. However, by participating in our group sessions, you grant us a limited license to use your feedback and non-identifying testimonials for the purpose of improving our programs and marketing the academy, unless you explicitly opt-out in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eloquent Flow Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The academy's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific program or service in question. We provide our training 'as is' and make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes or professional success, as these depend on the individual's effort and external market factors.

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Eloquent Flow Academy's website or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Savannah, Georgia, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.

8. Ethical Conduct

We are committed to fostering a supportive and respectful learning environment. Any student who engages in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior during our programs may be removed without refund. We believe that true eloquence is built on a foundation of respect for oneself and others, and we expect all our participants to uphold these values while at the academy.
